 TU BiSHVAT- The New Year for Trees

The 15th day of the Hebrew month of Shvat (known as "Tu Bishvat") is the Rosh Hashanah for trees. 
It is customary to plant trees, eat specials fruit and learn about the parallels between humans and trees.

The community is invited to plant a variety of (fruit) trees in a new landscape,  while enjoying new fruit, and exploring what we have in common with trees.

When: Wednesday, February 4, from 3:00-5:00pm

Where: Kini Place, Kapahi - at the Seigel's new place

Directions: By Kapa'a Skate Park, take the road uphill toward Olohena. Keep left at the split after the school. After the winding roads, your first right turn is Hauiki. Take that right turn, until Kini Place. Take Kini Place into Rolling Meadows Drive. The property will be visible on your left.
