Lag B'Omer

This annual celebration of Lag B'Omer has become a meaningful, fun, enlightening event. With the river flowing into the ocean around us, the bonfire in the middle, great food and song, this circle will be truly magical and mystical.

Rabbi Trugman, visiting with his wife, from Israel, will be sharing stories and teachings from the Mystics, Kabbalah and deeper secrets of the soul.

What is Lag B'Omer?

Lag B'Omer marks the Yartzeit (anniversary of passing, also known as "Hilula") of the great sage and mystic, author of the foundational teachings of Kabbalah (Jewish mysticism) known as the Zohar - Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai. We celebrate his life, legacy and novel teachings with bonfires, music and learning some of the secrets he taught. More about Lag B'Omer here.

This year we have a special visiting Scholar in Residence - Rabbi Avraham Arieh Trugman.
